Rob McInerney was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) in 2026 for his distinguished humanitarian service saving lives across more than 140 countries worldwide. As the Chief of Future Impact and inaugural CEO of the International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP), Rob has partnered with UN agencies, Development Banks, national governments, industry and NGOs to deliver on the charity’s vision for a world free of high-risk roads. Their shared success has helped leverage the safety of over US$120 billion of investment with more than 860,000 deaths and serious injuries saved by the end of 2025.
