4 Student Registration: To qualify for the student rate, you must be able to provide proof of your full-time student status (student number) at the time of registration.

Delegates who register and attend both the 2026 Australasian Road Safety Conference (2026 ARSC) and the 11th International Conference on Managing Fatigue are eligible to receive a 15% discount on the early bird registration fees for both conferences.

To qualify for and retain this discount:

  • Delegates must complete registration and full payment for both conferences.
  • Proof of registration and successful payment for the 11th International Conference on Managing Fatigue must be provided via email to the 2026 Australasian Road Safety Conference managers within 14 days of the initial registration.
  • Acceptable proof includes a registration confirmation and payment receipt issued by the 11th International Conference on Managing Fatigue.

If valid proof of registration and payment is not received within 14 days, the discounted rate will no longer apply, and the delegate will be required to pay the full early bird registration fee for the 2026 Australasian Road Safety Conference.

This discount:

  • Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or special rates unless otherwise stated.
  • Is non-transferable and applies only to the registered delegate.
  • Is subject to verification and approval by the 2026 Australasian Road Safety Conference Managers.
