Please ensure you read the Exhibition Manual for information on pack-in/pack-out times, delivery information etc.

Health and Safety

The Harding Conferences declaration must be returned to Harding Conferences by Monday 12th September along with a copy of your Health and Safety Policy.

The venue induction must be completed before you arrive onsite at Te Pae.

Delivery of your exhibition items and delegate gift

Deliveries for exhibition items and delegate gifts will only be accepted by the venue from Friday 23rd September onwards.

Collection of freight at conclusion of conference

Any freight left for collection at Te Pae must have the below docket attached to it. No responsibility will be accepted for items that don’t have this attached.
