Evidence in Motion: Early Career Professionals Workshop 

Building on the conference theme From Evidence to Action this year’s Early Career Event will operate as a road safety hackathon. Action in road safety takes many forms, it could be advocacy, conducting research, informing policy, education, media campaigns, designing technologies and infrastructure. We will hear from emerging leaders on the evidence for different road safety problems and who will then act as mentors to support teams in brainstorming different actions to tackle those problems. This event will include mentoring and networking, and is a great opportunity to learn about what a career in road safety can look like. Anyone who considers themselves an early career professional in road safety is welcome to attend. This can range from students through to those who already have experience and would like to continue to develop their careers.
