Prof. Claes Tingvall

Claes Tingvall is retired from the Swedish Transport Administration where he was Director of Traffic Safety and involved in the development of Vision Zero (safe system) from day 1. He is Professor (adj) at Monash University Accident Research Centre and served as Director there between 1998 and 2001. He is also Professor at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and Senior Consultant at AFRY. More recently, Claes Tingvall was the chairperson of the Academic Expert Group for the 3rd Global Ministerial Conference held in Stockholm in 2020.
