Cr. Mike Davidson

Mike is a second term Christchurch City Councillor and Council’s Urban Development and Transport Committee. Mike has overseen the Council’s transport work programme and has been the political lead on transport in Ōtautahi-Christchurch since 2019, focusing on a safe and sustainable transport system. Ōtautahi-Christchurch has seen a steady progression of slow speed neighbourhoods, pedestrian safety, cycleways and public transport infrastructure being delivered across the city. Mike is also a member of the Regional Transport Committee, Greater Christchurch Partnership and Whakawhanake Kāinga Committee.
