The Road Safety Commission is committed to halving the number of people killed or seriously injured on Western Australian roads by 2030 and reach zero by 2050.

We lead through collaboration – working across government, industry and community to drive united action on road safety.

While others engineer safer roads and vehicles, our role is in understanding people – how they think and behave on and around our roads. We use data and behavioural insights to shape more effective interventions to shift attitudes and change behaviour. We leverage research and innovative technology to shape the development of evidence-based policies, strategies and programs.

Through the Road Trauma Trust Account, we reinvest in our community. We’re powered by community, for community to make every journey safe.
