The Australasian College of Road Safety, Austroads, and the ARSC2020 Organising Committee are closely monitoring the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, with a particular focus on potential impact to the 2020 Australasian Road Safety Conference to be held in September in Melbourne. We have received around 250 submissions for ARSC2020, so we are keen to ensure this important information and analysis can support road trauma reductions across our region.
We will continue to monitor advice from the Australian Government and will keep our members and stakeholders informed as this public health crisis plays out. For real-time updates on the coronavirus situation, please refer to resources prepared by the Australian Department of Health.
We will continue to advise further as more information becomes available.
