Our conference team is currently working to deliver an updated Sponsorship Prospectus for ARSC2021. More information will be available here soon.
Reducing the Australasian road toll is a priority for the UN Decade of Action for Road Safety and it is in the interests of both the economy and social wellbeing of Australia and New Zealand. ARSC2021 will play an important role in contributing to this target reduction from the many facets of interaction at the Conference.
Sponsoring or exhibiting at the conference will provide an excellent opportunity to promote your organisation and its role in reducing road trauma, support your brand(s) and to maintain a high profile within the industry before, during and after the event. It is an opportunity to showcase your leadership in the field, commitment to the Decade of Action, and desire to be instrumental in the future collaborative effort.
Early confirmation will ensure the highest level of exposure. An extensive promotional campaign including advertisements, direct mail campaigns, email broadcasts and web exposure are being implemented in the lead up to the conference and the opportunity exists for your company to be represented as a key supporter, strategically placed before your market. The listed packages are by no means limited and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your individual requirements.
To discuss your involvement and marketing goals further, please contact the Sponsorship Manager Amy Roberts on email email@example.com or phone +61 400 186 995.
ARSC2021 is the fifth conference to merge two prestigious events: the ACRS Australasian Road Safety Conference and the Road Safety Research, Policing and Enforcement (RSRPE) Conference. ARSC2021 is expected to attract over 600 delegates including senior advisors, policy-makers, researchers, practitioners, law enforcement officers, senior managers, community leaders, and students working in the wide range of portfolios and industries who impact on improving road safety outcomes. This includes infrastructure construction and maintenance; behavioural science; education and training; emergency services; engineering and new technology; health and rehabilitation; police, justice and law enforcement; local, state and federal governments; communications; traffic management; and vehicle safety industries.
Based on ARSC2019, we anticipate the following delegate profile:
In addition to your profile presented during the conference, an extensive promotional campaign including advertisements, direct mail campaigns, email broadcasts and web exposure will be implemented in the lead up to ARSC2021. Your organisation will be strategically promoted as a key partner of this year’s premier Australasian road safety conference to a vast market of potential delegates, related publications and associations, key government and corporate stakeholders, policy-makers, researchers, the media, and community representatives.
We welcome the opportunity to partner with your organisation in presenting ACRS2021: The Australasian Road Safety Conference. We cannot stress enough that the conference will go out of its way to maximise the benefits you receive from this sponsorship opportunity. If particular entitlements are of interest, we are happy to discuss an individualised package that best meets your needs.
